NHL Plays will highlight the best and the most underrated daily fantasy options among forwards, defensemen and goaltenders.

Please note, these players were chosen early in the day, so make sure to check NBC Sports EDGE's player news for any lineup changes, injuries and potential changes in the crease for starting goaltenders.

There is only one game scheduled for tonight, which brings a different format. On FanDuel, you’ll be picking a Captain, who will give you 1.5x points, and four utility players with a budget of $55,000. DraftKings will have you pick a Captain worth 1.5x points and five flex players with a budget of $50,000. For Yahoo, you’ll be picking a Superstar worth 1.5x points and four flex players with a budget of $130. In other words, the terminology and budget changes from site-to-site, but the basic idea is the same throughout. It should also be noted that DraftKings and Yahoo allow you use goaltenders.

He has accounted for three goals and two assists in three matches during the Stanley Cup Final. Andrei Vasilevskiy and Brayden Point are also strong options for the multiplier spot on Monday night.

UTILITY/FLEX:

Ondrej Palat (Tampa Bay) - $14,500 (FanDuel), $11,700 (DraftKings), $19 (Yahoo)

Palat has produced eight of his 13 points during this playoff run in the past nine games. He has generated three goals and five assists over that stretch, while adding 20 shots. Palat has one goal and three assists across a three-game point streak in the Stanley Cup Final. He also has seven shots and 16 hits during that span. Additionally, Palat can be stacked with Kucherov and/or Point on Monday.

Nick Suzuki (Montreal) - $14,000 (FanDuel), $13,200 (DraftKings), $21 (Yahoo)

Suzuki has found the back of the net in each of the last two games, while generating 11 shots on target. He currently leads the Canadiens with seven goals and 15 points in 20 contests this postseason. Suzuki has stack potential with Cole Caufield.

Victor Hedman (Tampa Bay) - $10,500 (FanDuel), $14,100 (DraftKings), $24 (Yahoo)

Hedman registered a goal and an assist in Tampa Bay’s 6-3 win over Montreal in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final. The two-point effort halted his longest scoring skid of this postseason, which was four straight matches. Hedman leads all blueliners with 18 points (two goals, 16 assists) in 21 outings in the 2021 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
