CATCHER

Mike Zunino - Tampa Bay Rays (vs. Boston Red Sox - SP Eduardo Rodriguez)

Rodriguez lasted 1.2 innings allowing two earned runs while walking two in his first postseason matchup against the Tampa Bay Rays just four days ago. I always mention the advantage for hitters when they are able to see a pitcher’s stuff twice in one week. This allows them to adjust and build on their prior effort. I expect Rodriguez to post a similar outing today, leaving Boston’s tired bullpen to carry the weight. Because of this, the Tampa Bay Rays are my top stack of the day. The Rays beat Boston 5-0 in this aforementioned matchup. I expect much of the same tonight. Although Mike Zunino did not perform in this first matchup, I expect him to adjust and produce tonight. Zunino has home run upside at a reasonable salary of $3,900 on DraftKings. The Tampa Bay Rays are currently -105 with a 9.5 O/U.

Other option: Will Smith

FIRST BASE

Rowdy Tellez - Milwaukee Brewers (vs. Atlanta Braves - SP Ian Anderson)

Rowdy Tellez is a powerful left-handed bat that did not start Game 2 of the NLDS. With that said, he will be starting in the five-hole today against Atlanta's Ian Anderson. Tellez is priced at $2,900 and has home run upside. In his last two starts, Tellez has totaled 34 DK FP.

Other option: Freddie Freeman

SECOND BASE

Tommy La Stella - San Francisco Giants (vs. Los Angeles Dodgers - SP Max Scherzer)

La Stella is batting 4 for 10 against Scherzer with two doubles, one triple, and one home run. These are solid numbers that cannot be ignored. Brandon Crawford also exhibits stellar numbers against Scherzer. Depending on where these two lefties are betting in San Francisco’s lineup I fully recommend investing in them tonight. Although the rest of San Francisco’s lineup has had some pretty poor numbers against Scherzer in the past, San Francisco lefties are in play tonight. Lock in La Stella & Crawford for GPP purposes.

Other option: Brandon Lowe

THIRD BASE

Yandy Diaz - Tampa Bay Rays (vs. Boston Red Sox - SP Eduardo Rodriguez)

Diaz is another player who did not perform in Game 1 of the series against Rodriguez but I expect him to adjust tonight for massive production. In Game 1, Diaz had one hit, one RBI, and one walk against Rodriguez and the Boston Red Sox bullpen. Since then, he has had two hits, one run, and one RBI with two strikeouts throughout games two and three. Players who carry massive ceilings at a $3,000 salary range are the theme of today’s slate. The Tampa Bay Rays have massive upside tonight and should be highly motivated after a 6-4 loss to Boston in Game 3.

Other option: Rafael Devers

SHORTSTOP

Brandon Crawford - San Francisco Giants (vs. Los Angeles Dodgers - SP Max Scherzer)

As I mentioned before, Brandon Crawford also exhibits stellar numbers against the Dodgers Max Scherzer. Crawford has faced Scherzer 17 times over his career. In these 17 at-bats, Crawford has three doubles and two home runs over seven total hits. Crawford has averaged 11 fantasy points per game so far this series. My top bet for today is the Giants ML at +170 on PointsBet.com. Brandon Crawford and Tommy La Stella are the two players that I recommend investing in on today’s three-game slate. PointsBet.com has the San Francisco Giants at +170 with a slate low 7.5 O/U.

Other option: Luis Urias

OUTFIELD

Chris Taylor - Los Angeles Dodgers (vs. San Francisco Giants - SP Alex Wood)

Taylor has seen Alex Wood in 12 prior at-bats. Over these at-bats, Taylor has two doubles and two home runs. After starting Game 2 totaling 16 DK FP, Taylor should find himself in the Dodgers starting lineup again tonight at very low salaries around the DFS industry.

Other option: Mookie Betts
