Week 10 Weather Forecasts

by Connor Allen
Updated On: November 9, 2019, 11:46 am ET

We have been fairly lucky up until this point in the season as far as the weather is concerned. With six teams on bye and a number of games indoors there are only a couple of games that could be faced with inclement weather in Week 10.

Wind Worries

Buffalo at Cleveland (1:00 PM ET): The Browns have been a major disappointment this season but are 2.5-point favorites at home against the Bills this weekend. 45-degree temperatures, mostly cloudy skies, and 11 MPH winds are expected. Anything below 15 MPH wind speeds isn’t something we should worry about but it could easily become worse prior to game time, making this a game to check back on before kickoff.

Carolina at Green Bay (4:25 PM ET): With Cam Newton officially out for the season, Kyle Allen will continue his reign as the starter. The weather is starting to get worse in Green Bay as 36-degree temperatures, overcast skies, and 11 MPH winds are expected. Like the other game in this section, we should keep an eye on the wind speeds but don’t need to overreact right now.

Worry-Free Weather

Baltimore at Cincinnati (1:00 PM ET): Lamar Jackson and company are coming off a massive win against the previously undefeated Patriots. They now face the defeated Bengals who are starting rookie QB Ryan Finley. 50-degree temperatures, clear skies, and eight MPH winds are expected which means you can fire up all fantasy options from this one.

Detroit at Chicago (1:00 PM ET): This divisional matchup figures to be one of the slowest-paced of the week and may not be very interesting to casual observers. Luckily the weather won’t be an issue as 41-degree temperatures, overcast skies, and six MPH winds are expected.

NY Giants at NY Jets (1:00 PM ET): Sam Darnold matches up against Daniel Jones in a relatively uninspiring battle of New York. 50-degree temperatures, partly cloudy skies, and nine MPH winds won’t cause any issues here.

Kansas City at Tennessee (1:00 PM ET): The Chiefs will likely get Patrick Mahomes back from injury to play against the Titans. 57-degree temperatures, nine MPH winds, and clear skies are expected which means you can start all of your studs from this one.

Arizona at Tampa Bay (1:00 PM ET): This is one of the highest totaled games of the week according to sportsbooks and rightfully so. Neither defense has been able to stop anyone this season and that probably won’t change in this spot. Both teams will enjoy some of the best weather of the week with 74-degree temperatures, clear skies, and nine MPH winds in the forecast.

LA Rams at Pittsburgh (4:25 PM ET): The Steelers Defense has played extremely well since the acquisition of Minkah Fitzpatrick and will have their toughest test against the Rams this week. Both teams will enjoy mild 53-degree temperatures, partly cloudy skies, and seven MPH winds. Start all fantasy options from this one as usual.

Seattle at San Francisco (8:15 PM ET): This NFC West matchup should be one of the best games of the week. Both teams should have plenty of success running the ball on one another and will enjoy the best weather of the week. 75-degree temperatures, mostly cloudy skies, and three MPH winds are expected.

Home Teams are Dome Teams

Three games will be played indoors this week including Sunday Night’s matchup between the Cowboys and Vikings.

Atlanta at New Orleans (1:00 PM ET)

Miami at Indianapolis (4:05 PM ET)

Minnesota at Dallas (8:20 PM ET)
