Fact: Kyle Lowry, in basketball terms, is quite old. (He's 34.)

Another fact: Kyle Lowry, in real life and fantasy, is still wildly productive, coming off a season where he averaged 19.4 ppg, 5.0 rpg, 7.5 apg, 1.4 spg and 2.8 3s — and was the No. 22 player in 9-category leagues (per BasketballMonster.com).

On the latest episode of the Rotoworld Fantasy Basketball Podcast, Steve Alexander joins me to break down which over-30 NBA stars we can trust in fantasy — ranging from LeBron to Steph Curry to Kevin Durant — and which aging players we should approach with caution (including Kemba Walker, LaMarcus Aldridge and Kevin Love).

We also take a minute to discuss the uncertainty surrounding the schedule for the upcoming season, and what impact that could have on the plans of one LeBron James.
