NHL Plays will highlight the best and the most underrated daily fantasy options among forwards, defensemen and goaltenders.

Please note, these players were chosen early in the day, so make sure to check Rotoworld’s player news for any lineup changes, injuries and potential changes in the crease for starting goaltenders.

Additionally, it is worth reminding everyone that FanDuel allows you to roster nine players (2C, 4W, 2D, 1G) with a salary cap of $55,000, while DraftKings has a cap of $50,000 for nine players (2C, 3W, 2D, 1G, 1UTIL) and Yahoo has a $200 budget for nine players (2C, 3W, 2D, 2G).

Sidney Crosby (Pittsburgh) - C - $8,500 (FanDuel), $7,800 (DraftKings), $34 (Yahoo)

Crosby’s three-game point streak ended on Sunday, but he stands a good chance of getting back on the scoresheet on Tuesday night.  He has had plenty of success in his career against New Jersey.  He missed Pittsburgh’s two previous matches against the Devils this season, but he has eight goals and eight helpers in his last 13 meetings against them.  Crosby has racked up 72 points (33 goals, 39 assists) in 65 career matches against New Jersey.

J.T. Miller (Vancouver) - W - $6,900 (FanDuel), $6,500 (DraftKings), $25 (Yahoo)

Miller has been held without a point just five times in the past 21 games.  He has compiled 11 goals and 27 points during that span, including five markers and nine assists in the last nine outings.  Miller had one goal, one assist and three shots in a 4-3 OT win over the Islanders on Feb. 1.

William Nylander (Toronto) - W - $6,500 (FanDuel), $5,900 (DraftKings), $23 (Yahoo)

Nylander has racked up 11 goals and 20 points in his last 22 appearances.  That includes five goals, two assists and 25 shots in the past eight contests.  Nylander, who has one goal and two assists in two previous matches versus Tampa Bay this year, is projected to be reunited with Auston Matthews on Tuesday night.

Jakub Voracek (Philadelphia) - W - $6,300 (FanDuel), $5,400 (DraftKings), $18 (Yahoo)

Voracek has produced 13 points, including 12 assists, during Philadelphia’s nine-game win streak.  He only has one goal during that span, but he has been credited with 21 shots on target and he’s riding a five-game point streak.  Voracek has 10 helpers during that stretch.  He picked up two assists in a 6-5 shootout win over Boston on Jan. 13 to give him 27 points (six goals, 21 assists) in 30 career matches against the Bruins.

Justin Williams (Carolina) - W - $3,800 (FanDuel), $4,300 (DraftKings), $18 (Yahoo)

Williams has plenty of bang for the buck potential on Tuesday night.  He has five goals during a four-game goal spree going into Carolina’s match against Detroit.  Williams has piled up 20 shots on goal over that span.

Bargain Bin: Pavel Buchnevich (NYR) - W - $5,600 (FanDuel)/$5,600 (DraftKings)/$18 (Yahoo), Yanni Gourde (TB) - W - $3,800 (FanDuel)/$3,100 (DraftKings)/$15 (Yahoo), Conor Sheary (PIT) - W - $4,000 (FanDuel)/$4,100 (DraftKings)/$12 (Yahoo), Morgan Geekie (CAR) - C - $3,100 (FanDuel)/$2,500 (DraftKings)/$15 (Yahoo), Matt Duchene (NSH) - C - $5,900 (FanDuel)/$4,500 (DraftKings)/$15 (Yahoo)

Tony DeAngelo (New York Rangers) - D - $5,600 (FanDuel), $5,900 (DraftKings), $20 (Yahoo)

DeAngelo has two goals, six assists and 23 shots in seven games entering Tuesday night’s action.  He has four power-play helpers during that span.  DeAngelo had one assist on the man advantage in a 5-3 loss to Dallas on Feb. 3.

Ryan Ellis (Nashville) - D - $5,500 (FanDuel), $6,000 (DraftKings), $20 (Yahoo)

Ellis has collected two goals, seven assists and 19 shots in his last eight contests.  He ended a three-game scoreless skid on Saturday to give him eight goals and 37 points in 48 appearances this season.  Ellis has three goals and five points in 10 career matches against Montreal.

Bargain Bin: Quinn Hughes (VAN) - $5,000 (FanDuel)/$5,200 (DraftKings)/$14 (Yahoo), Charlie McAvoy (BOS) - $4,800 (FanDuel)/$4,900 (DraftKings)/$18 (Yahoo), Mikhail Sergachev (TB) - $4,300 (FanDuel)/$5,300 (DraftKings)/$17 (Yahoo), Adam Fox (NYR) - $4,100 (FanDuel)/$4,600 (DraftKings)/$17 (Yahoo),

Juuse Saros (Nashville) - G - $8,600 (FanDuel), $7,300 (DraftKings), $35 (Yahoo)

Saros has turned aside all 70 shots he has faced in his last two starts for a pair of shutout victories.  He has a 9-4-0 record with a .940 save percentage in his past 15 games played.  Montreal has lost two straight matches, while scoring only one goal and Saros is 1-0-0 versus the Canadiens in his career, but that start came in 2018-19 when he stopped 27 of 28 shots.

Bargain Bin: Petr Mrazek (CAR) - $7,700 (FanDuel)/$7,100 (DraftKings)/$28 (Yahoo), Thatcher Demko (VAN) - $7,200 (FanDuel)/$7,700 (DraftKings)/$27 (Yahoo)
